Hello,
I have 3 auctions that do not appear in my POST SALE SUMMARY, they were created in Vendio and they are not second chance offers. I created and launched several that day, only these 3 didn't register with Vendio. What happened?
(We had to send them invoices through EBAY since they appear to be non-existent in VENDIO)
Thanks for your email. You might want to try importing the listings in order for them to appear in Vendio. To import your existing listings from eBay, log on and go to Sales Manager. Click the "Import/Track" link in the left navigation bar, and select "Import". Be sure that your eBay ID is entered correctly on our site, as your listings will not import if this information is not up to date.
This should bring the items to post sale. Or, if the item is in the "Closed listings" section, you will need to simply refresh the item from the closed listing page. Click the boxes next to the listings, in the closed listings page, then click the "Refresh button" in the closed listings page.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
If these were definitely launched through Vendio and not relisted on eBay, it sounds like eBay was probably having some trouble with the API. This does happen on occasion, but normally the listing would show in pending with an "unknown" error. I'm assuming you did not get an error, and the items were not relisted on eBay?

Yes, they are in the PENDING listings with an ERROR. I hadn't even noticed! After thousands of listings this had never happened before.
Is this something I should be worried about happening in the future?
One more thing, had I noticed while the auction was active what should I do? Should I import?
Yes, you should do an import. It appears the ebay API was running slowly recently which caused this problem. You really shouldn't have to worry about this kind of problem often.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
