This is not the first time this has happened. Mysteriously steps 7 (feedback) and 9 are checked and I did not do it. The latest is this one:

The last time I brought this up I was basically told it was impossible. Well, the impossible happened again. This guy has not even paid and now he has pos feedback.

Hello Beth,
This is certainly not impossible, as you do have your account setup to leave positive feedback automatically once it has been left for you.
In this case, the buyer has already left you positive feedback (regardless of having paid or recieved the item), so according to your preferences it was sent in return.

Step 9 used to be a feedback reminder. Does the "checking off" of 9 send the associated message?
I do not have that option checked in my preferences.
