Last night (Sunday) as I was launching auctions on eBay, the launching page enlarged so it was necessary to scan back and forth to use it. It began taking twice as long for each image to upload, and the images were very large, out of focus and so blurry you could hardly make out what it was. I aborted the launching until I could get help restoring the image uploading and launching system on my computer. Help! I am losing money each night I cannot launch new auctions correctly!
If you are an AOL user, and your images appear distorted when uploaded to our website, try clearing the cache and history in your browser. Next, go to your AOL "WWW" Preferences. You should see an option to "compress graphics". Disable this option, then close out of Preferences. Refresh your page, and your images should clear up.
If you are not an AOL user, and you are using an ISP accelerator, please disable it before uploading your images as these have been known to cause the problem you are describing.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you!

Try some basic stuff first, clear out your web browsers temporary internet files and simply restart the machine - then try again.
If this persists, try using this tool that is built into your Windows XP machine to upload your images into Vendio. If your images are really really big, you can opt to resize them at the same time. (plus its a bulk upload, much quicker than selecting them one at a time)
