Why did one of my Yahoo auctions go from active to closed (launched Sunday)? It is still active at Yahoo.

Hi Badgeman,

What is the item ID? We'll take a look.

There were two (2) that closed, one is back to active (91394026) the other is still closed ID #91393526.
Now #91394026 is closed again.

Hello,

Were they relists by any chance? I went ahead and refreshed your active list so it's no longer stuck in closed.

These were not relists, listed through Sales Manager. I just relisted some other items and one of them is "closed". I now have 3 items "closed", ID #'s 91394026, 91474647 and 91486735. The last 2 were relist from a while back. I have refreshed also but did not move.

Hi there,

I did a refresh on the active listings page and the items moved. This is not the refresh button in your browser, it is the active listings page, that actually has a small refresh button on the active listings page. Check the boxes next to the listings, then click the refresh button and they should move.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you!

Bob

I can't tell you how many times I've done that. Sometimes when I "check all" and refresh 1 moves, 1 doesn't or none will move or another will close.

It's happening again! Active Yahoo auctions are showing closed. I have Checked the boxes and refreshed. They are not moving or changing. Could WE get this fixed?
The ID's are #91845431, 91845485, 91845531 and 91845690.

Okay, My (4) Yahoo auctions have closed, recieved 2 emails stating they have closed. BUT, they are no where to be found. Not in "Active" listing, where they have been listed as "Closed" all week, nor are they in the "Closed" listing. Did VENDIO say the hell with Yahoo?

Hi Badgeman,

We are still supporting Yahoo auctions. I am not sure what happened here but I've logged a separate bug on this issue and will get back to you once I have more information on this.

Regards,

Sonya
