THE GENERAL DESCRIPTION SHOULD UPDATE IT SELF WHEN A GTC AUCTION IS RENEWED , THIS DOES NOT HAPPENS .

Hi there,

I'm sorry, I'm a little confused. Once a listing is active, any changes must be made on eBay and if the changes don't "stick" when an item renews it would actually be an eBay problem. Can you tell us a little more about this problem?
