I must really be stupid because for the life of me, I can't figure out how I list my shipping preference as just a flat rate with USPS and a discount if multiple items are purchased. No matter what I do, no matter what I check (and I've tried it all), I get the same error. Something to the effect of: I need to add a dollar amount (example) with combined shipping.
I have checked your account and you have your settings for fixed shipping, correct. For the discount, if you go to Global Preferences and scroll to Other Shipping Settings you will see a section called "Cost while Combined" discount. Please fill in either a percentage or dollar amount -- when a person wins multiple items from you, the additional items will be discounted at what you have set.
