Hello. Why does my Payment section show up before my Description? I have seen Vendio auctions where the Description and Photos show up immediatedly, with the Payment info following. Could it be because I also have Bidpay in my payment methods? Bidpay puts their logo down in the listing again later, as well as Paypal down in the Payment section, so where is this payment info up at the top coming from? I really would like my viewers to see what I am selling first, then how to pay. Thanks in advance you for your response, and here is an example:
This is due to the HTML in your listing. There is most likely a broken tag somewhere that shifted the section upward. Did you use the HTML editor or did you insert your own HTML?

Thanks, Sonya, and you are going to love this! I don't even know what the HTML editor is, but I do not insert anything on my own that I know of. I only fill out the Vendio Create Listing Form, Browse to insert my Vendio photos, check off Paypal and Money Orders boxes, etc., and click Save. Do I have an incorrect box checked somewhere in my preferences that I am not aware of? Barb

Sonya. I just checked my eBay Item Specifics, and that Payment info was over in the Preview Template box, just to the right of where you select a template. I don't know how it got there, but I noticed that I had Blank Template selected, so I clicked on #11, which I have been selecting upon creating my listings lately. Once I did that, the Payment info was no longer visible in that box, only the top border of Template #11 is now showing. Did I fix it? LOL, or just push it further down the top of the template so I can't see it? Should I have just tried deleting that Payment Info from the box instead? Barb
