I use sale manager pro to batch import to ebay and my profile already check add gallery setup but after i open the batch i save to upload they ask me have to choose the image for each item. i would think the program choose the image automatic for me.
can you give me some tips?

I am not sure I understand your question. Can you elaborate, and perhaps give step by step directions on what you are doing up to where you are asked to choose an image?
If you are referring to adding an eBay Gallery image to each item -- there unfortunately isn't a default for this in Pro. You will still need to apply it on each item you create, and choose the image.
