Well, add me to the list....not only are my ebay pictures horrible, but the ones uploaded from my system (perfect) to Vendio (blurred, distorted and fuzzy junk), but now, like you, I have no way to fix this. I'll have to terminate my auctions and take a loss on the listing fees...etc....not to mention ticking off the bidders who are already on there....and talk about emails!!! 25 asking for clearer, lighter and less blurred pictures, so they can bid!!!! Man o man...what a bummer.....and what do they have on the help page???? Read this one: It is most likely......etc...etc...yeah, right...means they don't have a clue.....another response was, "If you are an AOL user, then....etc...etc...."
Well, I hate to tell ya, but I ain't an AOL user and my pictures here still stink. No way can I sell on ebay with pictures like this. I've ask for help for days....nothing....no help. So, I guess I'll try to find a service who has a clue what they are doing........bummer.
good luck guys.

This problem must be pretty intermittent, as I've had only one person email me and ask for a clearer picture, and I've found only a handful of problems so far. Not enough to put Vendio on the chopping block. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon.

This is why I'm in total pannic I have 56 pages of auctions in my ebay store 1677 auctions and I have hundreds of pictures messed up right now with NO BACK UP FILES OF MY PICTURES. They are all stored in VENDIO picture hosting. There is no set pattern that I can find on why only certain auctions were affected. Some of these were listed for a long time. Some of them were just shortly listed. I used different templates for them. Here is a sample of just a few of them - 5586396670 5607489348 7147301314 5569894850 5564456607 5511428634

I just checked all of those numbers and not a one of them is fixed. That's only a couple of numbers out of hundreds that are damaged. A couple aren't as distorted as the others but if you look its like someone took about a 1" strip out of it and moved it either side to side or up and down. I clicked refresh and yes they are still distorted.
I've checked your items and the images look great on my end. Please try clearing your cache and refreshing the page, perhaps restarting your web browser -- you are most likely viewing a cached page from when the images were distorted.
