I want to use UPS calculated and USPS calculated rates in my ads. I want to create them in Sales Manager Pro off-line.
How do I do this? UPS calculated is not showing up as one of my options. I DO NOT want to create them in the merchandising edition. It does not allow all the pictures I want. I do not want to have to add UPS calculated to all my listings.
Also, when I have the postage rates selected on the listing, I always get the window that asks for shipping and insurance. What happens if I uncheck the box that I am not supplying shipping? Why do I have to put in the insurance?
Where is the link to training for the different shipping calulators and how to set them all up to do what I want? There are so many links, None of them really, answer all the questions, they are VERY CONFUSING.
While we do offer UPS calculated shipping online already, the current version of the Pro software was released prior to these new options.
For now you would have to list from the online Sales Manager in order to take advantage of the calculated UPS shipping options.
We should have the new version of the Pro software available for download either in late Sep or very early October. We will post announcements both online and when you synch the Pro software when this is available.
I am not currently aware of pictures that you can use in the Sales Manager Pro software that you cannot use online in the Sales Manager here. (although there are some limitations the other way around.)
As for your questions about setting up the insurance rates/etc, is this within the Pro software? (just need to clarify as this was posted to the online Sales Manager forum.)
