I've email customer service and haven't had a response. Are you checking here? My galleries in my eBay ads are not working, and I rely on them to promote hits from my "featured" listing to my others. It was working fine last week. Now it's not and I've done nothing differently. My "hits" are WAY LOW, and continue to get worse as the problem just goes on and on. Please give me some assistance. Something that might help is to update your Flash version. You can test Flash on this page to see how well your current version is functioning:

Note that you may be prompted to shockwave when you access this page. You do not need to do this - simply click "No" at the prompt. If you are prompted to update Flash, please go ahead and do this. Let us know if upgrading Flash helps resolve the problem you are having viewing your Gallery.
