I had about 20 auctions error out tonight, which is not acceptable. I use your service to schedule items that I cannot be there to launch myself. I come home a couple of hours later (past a good launch time) and half of them have errored out. Thanks! Will you please look into this problem and figure out a solution. I've had more items error out in the past month or two than I had in the whole year before that!!

Here as well....."Verification of launch was not received from eBay". Have understood some errors in launching in past, but not this one!!!

Hello,
The 'verification of launch not received' error message occurs when we do not receive the proper notice through the eBay API that your items have launched. The error message appears so you know to check eBay to see if the item did launch, so you don't have any duplicate listings.
You should check eBay to see if they have launched so you don't launch a duplicate. You can use 'import/track' link in Sales Manager to bring those items into your account.

Hi, Sonya:
I'm pretty sure the people that are complaining have checked on eBay to see if they launched. I had two that errored that actually did launch. I still had the whole bunch that did not. They all had that message of not being able to verify the launch. Most of the time when that message is received is because the item did not launch - that's why they're unable to verify it. Duh!

Hello,
Actually, most of the time the items do launch. It is messier to deal with duplicate listings so we encourage checking eBay seller lists before resubmitting. You are one step ahead as you already do this, but we want to make sure everyone else is doing this too so that they do not have to go through the tedious process of requesting refunds from both us and ebay.

Sonya - something must be wrong with Vendio <-> ebay communication. I have never had so many items "hang" in a processing status on a non-FLD during off-peak times (chart shoed no latency last night) and the errors are ridiculous (most of the items did not launch though I did have one that did). Could someone check this out? I am so afraid that when/if rebay decides to toss us a bone (FLD or reduced price listing day) we won't be able to launch

Hi Neglus,
We posted an announcement, most likely this is related to an error on eBay's end (we are looking into it as well). They are aware that there is an issue so hopefully it should get resolved soon. Please check the announcement frequently for updates. We are sorry for all the troubles.

"Its always an error on eBay's end". This is wrong.
We have this happen to us every other week, from 1-3 items.
It is even more messed up when it is a store item (when using the import toll Vendio does not show the store icon and there is no way to tell if Vendio will keep tracking a GTC).
Something needs to be done to fix this. It is an ever present problem.
