I didnt see a category for reports so I am posting here.
The reports seem very useful so far in fact I cancelled my andale reports because of this.
Q1. When looking at the % of succesful closings by hour and day. Is there a way to filter out buy it now items. - I want to see what hour is the best to have auctions close, but when a buy it now is purchased I get weird results like 100% succesful closings at 3 am etc. So buy it now artificially inflate the % succesful closing.
It would be good to have BIN and Ebay store sales by day and hour broken out separately from auctions. This should be a relatively easy thing to implement. If you can get this working I could drop my subscription to sellathon.com
Q2. Can we enter COGS for each item we list for more accurate results in reports. Right now Im gestimating a % of listing. It should be easy to insert a COGS field in the auction listing page.
Good job on the new features vendio, Ebay has become easier to use and I considered dropping vendio, but your newer features keep me on.
I just updated my new website - give me your feedback on it. http://gotflag.com

Hello,
Thank you for the positive comments on the reports feature! Regarding your questions:
Q1. I will log a suggestion for this -- I can see how it will be very useful if you have a lot of Buy It Now/eBay store sales, to have a filter.
Q2. If you click on the Basic Profit/Loss report and then the monetary number for "Item Cost / Cost of Goods Sold" for a month, you will be taken to an edit screen, where you can enter in the COGS under Item Costs. I checked one of yours, and it already has some numbers in there -- have you already seen this section? If you have, and it doesn't fit your needs, please let me know so I can go ahead and log a suggestion for you.

I found a screen that would let me select a single price for all items or a % of the starting price as cost basis. I am looking for a way to define COGS based on individual items.
