please look at Vendio ORDER 806649927 in my account.
It automatically combined the auctions of 2 different customers - please uncombine ASAP - I need to ship the order that paid now - please email when its done

This bug is fixed now -- only that winner's items should show in the checkout now. We apologize for the inconvenience.

thank you for fixing the bug so that it doesn't happen again -
but I URGENTLY need that order UN-combined

the customer went ahead and paid for the whole thing, and is now having kittens,
please fix ASAP

Hello,

To uncombine an order, in Sales Manager -> Post Sale click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order". At this point, the item will be split into separate listings. You can either handle these individually, or you may recombine them in the Combinable Items section in Sales Manager -> Post Sale.
