I hate it when stuff like this happens! I had an auction that had a high bidder, but Vendio didn't pick it up, so I didn't know about it - not until the buyer emails me and says it's been 3 days and they've received NOTHING!! No emails, nothing! Makes me look like an idiot! Couple this one with the one where the ended auction didn't show that it had a high bidder (no boxes next to the item), I'm beginning to lose a little faith in Vendio. Ok, please figure out why item #5998339120 will not appear in my post-sale management column. I imported it from eBay and still nothing. I've since dealt with the buyer, but I would like it to FINALLY appear at Vendio. Does this kind of stuff happend with other companies?
I checked post sale and it is there -- you can continue on with post sale. You can find it using the search field in post sale. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, we have made upgrades in the past year that should stop this from happening so please do let us know if it continues to happen.

Sonya: It happened again with item #8000031090 It showed up in my Vendio post sale management but showed no boxes next to it. It showed that it had a bid, and it caught my eye because I had seen it with bids earlier today. So I clicked on the import all auctions and then put a check mark next to that item and clicked on refresh, and after a couple of times, it showed up with the boxes. I sent the congratulations email manually, as I don't think it was going to do it automatically. This has got to be corrected soon. That's 3 problems along these lines in the last week or so. And they're very serious problems.

Hello Toyspast,
How long did you wait before you tried that? You don't actually have to do an import, all you need to do is select the item and hit Refresh (sometimes this needs to be repeated a coupletimes). There was a little bit of latency last night which could have increased the time it normally takes for an item to process itself into post sale.

Sonya: I tried just clicking on the item, and maybe I didn't try enough times, so maybe the import part was not necessary. However, when an auction moves from active to post-sale, it's supposed to have the boxes in the right column. They were not present. This scenario happened once before and I was unaware of the buy because I look for the boxes next to the item. This has happened twice (that I know of) in the past week/week and a half. And I had the one that never showed up on Vendio to add into the mix. I'm not a happy customer at the moment. These problems directly impact my ability to be a good seller. If I don't know something sold, I cannot follow up and have to depend on the buyer to email me and tell me. Not good.
