I recently had to change my email address and made the changes to my new email address with Ebay, Pay Pal and Vendio. All 3 list my new email address as current but my Pay Pal payments still go to my old address. Any help would be appreciated.Gussey3

Hello Gussey3,
This is most likely the result of a glitch on eBay's side. Unfortunately, since the problem is with eBay's system, in order to work around it you will need to go to eBay and launch a 'test' listing. When you create the listing, you will have the opportunity to change the email address stored in step 4 of the listing process. Once you continue past step 4 of the listing process the issue should be eliminated (if it is not, please try again and this time launch the test listing.) You will only need to do this once as long as you update the email address during the create listing process on eBay. **NOTE - this will only correct the issue for new listings. Existing listings will need to be revised individually to remove the incorrect PayPal email address.
If you've never created a listing on eBay, just log in to your eBay account and click the "Sell" link in their menu. This will start the listing creation process.

You also need to go into each of your auctions that were active before the change and manually change the address on each one for the payment to go to the new account address.
You will also need to do this if you are relisting any of them.
Also...if I recall correctly...there are two places where you need to change the email on Vendio. Make sure it is changed in all the post sale / eBay site specifics.
Had the same problem awhile back.
Hope this helps.

Sonya: Just thought I needed to reply to your comment concerning my problem. I am an Ebay Powerseller that has conducted nearly 5000 auctions on Ebay using Vendio as my listing service. It would have been easy for you to check instead of asking if this was my first auction listing. It is very concerning to me that I have paid Vendio over 300.00 per year for the last 5 years and I have the option of getting the reply that you left me for my problem or paying to talk to someone live. If a fellow Ebay and Vendio member did not respond to my problem this issue would have likely continued for some time. Seems things could have been better!!!

Hello Gussey3,
I am sorry if you feel like I slighted you, it was my fault that I did not take out the mention of it being your first listing on eBay direct. I had assumed that all places were checked in Vendio when you said that you changed the email in Vendio. What I mentioned in my last posting is an actual problem that has affected sellers for some time now, and I was afraid the same was affecting you, so instead of asking you to check multiple places when you said you already checked Vendio, I gave you the next step in the process (which thankfully you did not have to take).
I am glad that things are back on track for you now.
