Hi,

I seem to be having a problem with some of my unsold auctions. They are disappearing when they come off listing. They're not coming back into the closed table in Vendio. I can find them in eBay's unsold table but I don't want want to relist through them, I want to use you guys. HELP PLEASE!!

Hi Bill,

Did you relist those items through eBay previously? If so, you will need to use the Track feature in Vendio to bring them in to Vendio.

If you have any other trouble, please provide the Title and eBay ID for the items so that we can investigate.
