Okay, what is suppose to happen when a buyer clicks on the Pay Now button and check-out redirect is enabled. Don't answer that, I know what is SUPPOSE TO happen. I just had a customer email me and says every time he clicks on the Pay Now button it defaults out???

Like I said I know what is suppose to happen. What he means by "defaults out" is that he never got to the Vendio check-out page. It would just hang there and eventually the "page not responding" page would pop up. He tried several times.
It is possible that eBay was simply having trouble with redirecting traffic properly at that time, or that the buyer was running into a connection specific issue.
We tried to replicate this error but were unable to do so. There are no other reports of such an error thus far, so please let us know if you do come across an issue with being redirected again in the future.

Okay - thanks Christopher.
He was able to get to the Vendio check-out just a short while ago. Hopefully it was just an isolated short-term glitch.
