Please Help!
I'm having trouble trying to Print Shipping Label + Invoice - the printout also includes the top frame with the refresh/print now/close buttons etc.
I've tried using the print button on the page and also from the browser, with the same results. I've tried this in IE, Firefox & Opera, all with the same results.
I even tried to load just the bottom frame in a new window, but nothing displays (I KNOW this used to work as I have had to rely on this workaround in the past.
We did a test print, and we were not able to replicate the problem. Did you change anything about your system recently? Using the Print button that shows on the bar where you change options for the invoice should only print the invoice itself, not the top frame.
Regards,
Sonya

Hi SOnya -
I recently reverted to a backup of my system (to recover from installing a software package with a critical blue-screen crashing bug), and then reinstalled and/or updated everything - OS, browsers, etc. (I keep very a detailed log, so I know what was changed or installed)
I guess it's possible that I have some setting incorrect, but I can't imagine what would have the same effect in 3 different browsers.
The Print button is working the same as Print from the File menu; both give me the whole page..
You'll probably have to change something in your computer settings but unfortunately I don't know what you need to change. YOu may want to contact your computer's customer support department for more information on this.

I found a way to do it in Internet Explorer, though it is more steps and therefore less convenient.
Here's how:
Use File->Print Preview
When the preview comes up, there is a drop-down that lets you select "As laid out on screen" or "Only the selected frame" or "All frames individually".
Choose "Only the selected frame" .
