Hi there. I had my web mail directed to my vendio and now I'm no longer using Customer Manger (or any other services other than webhosting). Right now I'm not recieving email through webmail, Vendio or through Outlook with the correct settings. The web half says the CM side needs to fix it. I put in two email requests but since I'm not getting any they may have really not gone anywhere.
Please reply here or to my alternate email address.

Any update? Still no email....sadly it's been 30 hours or so and I'm not looking forward to the avalanche when it arrives.

Hello Connie,
After you discontinued Customer Manager all email to the myjeweldogsupplies.com domain was rerouted back to your Web Hosting account. You should be able to pick it up with an email client, such as Outlook. You can also use webmail at http://www.myjeweldogsupplies.com/webmail. Please make sure that you enter the full email address in the User Name field.

Sorry, still no email. My ME or MX settings were changed to route my mail in the first place. I'm getting desperate for email.

I'm getting really frustrated at how long I've been without email and worried at how many angry customers I'm going to have when I finally start getting it. Can I cancel my web hosting and move it to another host and get a refund?

Hello Connie,
There was the Default Address in your Web Hosting account, which was not set properly (it needs to be an email address). What happened was that email was flowing into your WH account, but it got rerouted to an inexistent address. We have returned the Default Address to its original setting and you should now be able to read your email.

I'm glad to learn that everything is back to normal.
I'm afraid old email was bounced back due to the inexistent default address. Mail is built with an automatic retry mechanism only for temporary issues, such as a server not working.
