Hello,

If you selected the correct Gallery image while creating your auction, the image should appear in the Gallery as soon as eBay updates their system. Note that there may be a delay in this process, and that it may take several hours to complete. Please allow 24 hours, and if the Gallery image is still not posted, we recommend that you contact eBay directly about this.

I went to page 64 and the gallery images are showing up, so the rest should appear shortly.

Regards,

Sonya

These are all older auctions that are missing the gallery pictures. Most of these groups of costumes have been in my ebay store over a year without any problems before. I have 77 pages of auctions in my store and now Pages 67-68-69- and 1/2 of page 70 are all missing the gallery pictures. When I click on properties on where the gallery picture should be it says http://pics.ebaystatic.com/aw/pics/stockimage1.jpg.

Hi there,

If the items were launched with Gallery images then eBay did receive the image URL correctly. Please be sure that the images have not expired, and if they are still active in your image hosting account, I would recommend contacting eBay about this as it sounds like this problem is probably originating on their side.

Thanks,

Diana
