Well, I thought it might be me, because I have stuff in post sales since 2001, but then there are times when I go from page to page, and it's very fast. So my conclusion, it's not me. Why is it taking so long to load each page lately? It's been going on at least a week. Just now I was trying to save an auction listing and it timed out twice. Anyone else having problems? I've cleared by cache, and the problem is the same.

Well, I have you beat - I have over 25,000 closed auctions! LOL That's why I haven't said anything, because I figured that might be the problem. But then, I'll have moments of speed, which makes me think differently. Also, I can see where it might be slow when I'm searching my closed auctions, but not sure why that would effect when I'm doing an auction listing. Vendio, what say you?

Hi Christopher, Thank you for the update. I am having trouble with the listing portion of Vendio. It takes forever to place the images in the listing and to save or schedule it. Everytime the pages change it runs really slowly. Uploading the images from my computer to Vendio is no problem, that goes fast just as like always. It is when we try to place the images in the listings that everything just slows to a crawl. This has been going on for about a week. Thanks again. Susan

The main slowness for me is mostly all in the Sales Manager. Problems arise when I click on "save" when I'm doing a listing page, and when I click on many of the post-sale pages, like "Summary" or "Closed" and also "Post Sale Management Summary." It is working quickly when I click on pending and active auctions, my account, community, etc. Thanks for looking into this problem.

It's awful! Launches, previews EVERYTHING slow except community boards.
I am trying to schedule launches for tonight and sometimes it just stops without scheduling (and no timed out message), sometimes I get a timed out message.

Things are slow again - stuck in processing - can't view previews - launches not launching. I had three duplicate listings from this afternoon

Hi there,
We are in the process of doing a database optimization that should help significantly, and we will finish this as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, I don't have an exact ETA, but it is in the works now. Thank you so much for your patience, we do appreciate it.

I knew it was too good to be true! First load of images uploaded really fast, first auction launched immediately, with confirmation etc. a re-list went through without hitch, but the second auction says "done" after I clicked "launch" but I got no page change giving me the confirmation, and now I can't get back into sales manager or control panel or pending. If I reboot I'll lose the information except the description text I've copied to paste. I'm so sick of this time-wasting tomfoolery every weekend. I'm really low-volume, so it's all got to count!
