Customer bought item #7197691984, went into the Vendio check-out, used a California address, which I have set to calculate sales tax, and NOTHING happened. He paid through paypal but sales tax was not included. Now I have to bother the customer when it should have been done in Vendio. Please look into this ASAP!!!!!!
I list everything the same way - through Vendio. Nothing's changed, nothing's different. I don't use PRO. I launch everything the same way. This one just did not calculate the sales tax - pure and simple. Another flaw in the system.
When I checked the item, it did not have a sales tax profile applied -- it said "No Sales Tax" -- do you have others like this? The "No Sales Tax" is the reason that it did not carry over with the calculations.

When you started the sales tax automatic calculation, I asked about making copies of old auctions and having to remember to click that option. You guys said you could do it on your end, so all the past auctions would include it. Up till now, I've had no problem. I will let you know if it comes up again. Maybe you can hit re-set and make sure that all my past auctions have the sales tax option applied. Thanks!
