I upload photos directly from my camera in img format. I don't know how to format in jpg since I keep getting error message "image not supported" Also, I tried to download the Windows XP Photo express, but doesn't download. What a mess. Thanks NG

Hello,

Your graphics program should allow you to save your images in jpeg format. We recommend you contact the support for the program you use to save your images to make sure you are saving in the proper formats.
