I would like to revise a shipping cost on an active listing with no bids in Vendio. Please advise on how to do this. I've tried several steps. There is not a Seller's Services.
Once a listing is active, any revisions must be done from the auction venue directly. You should find an edit or revise option under seller services, which will allow you to either edit your auction or add to the description. Most auction sites will not allow you to make changes to the item description once there is a bid on the auction, but you should be able to add to the description.
If you need further assistance with editing your active auction, please contact the Customer Service department of the auction site. For future auctions, you should be sure to utilize the "preview" feature in Sales Manager in order to ensure that your description is correct before you launch the auction.
