On Thursday I went thru my bids to cross reference products available to what I am offering for sale.

I seems no matter how careful I am after a while there will be more items on for sale than what I have.

Many of these items are duplicate listings, why I have given up trying to figure it out.

So I had to remove 19 listings from my e-bay site. 17 store items and 2 that were bids.

All of these have been listed thru Vendio some with the old SM PRO, some the new one and the rest from the sales manager area.

None were re-listed thru e-bay directly.

Not one of these canceled offerings showed up as unsold in the sales manager list, not one.

Is this normal, because they were canceled, or are we looking at a system problem here.

Hi there,

If you are listing through SM Pro, it is possible that you're uploading the same batch items multiple times. If, for example, a synchronization fails and you retry without checking online to see if any items DID make it up, there is a chance that some items were uploaded before the synch stopped. In this case, if you reupload the whole batch the items that made it up the first time will be duplicated.

Do you notice a pattern to the items that are duplicated, or do you have any way to keep track of what items are uploaded vs. created online?

Thanks,

Diana

thanks for the in-put. I have tried in the past to figure it out and most times it is store items so the loss of fees is not that much.
But,
when i did cancel these items they never showed up in the end of auction section to be deleted.
Is this normal??

Hello,

Items that you close early at eBay may take a little time to move to the Closed Listings section. If you want, you can find them in the Active Listings section, select them, and click Refresh to trigger them to move to Closed Listings.

I think this is what you meant by your question. If not, please let me know. I'm not sure what you mean by the "end of auction section to be deleted".

Best,
Abe
