i have realized the past 2 days that when an auction is paid with paypal and customer does not use the vendio checkout system the information will not be transferre to vendio, i have IPN on (in paypal) did anybody realized that? also is there a way to have the vendio system go back and check whatever has not been collected yet?
Can you provide us with an example to investigate? If you have the IPN set up, you should have the PayPal information populated over. Have you tried re-entering in the URL for the IPN on PayPal?

This has been happening to us for the last 6 weeks or so as well.
How many examples do you need?
Below are just a few lots paid with paypal and not marked on our boxes as paid with paypal.

yes IPN is setup i checked it before putting this post, i will have to enter manualy the information because it will not pull it from paypal, and i can give you a few examples that i had to do manualy yesterday.....

here are some auction numbers that was paid with paypal but did get tranfered into vendio, please check it out, this gets very frustating and i am just about to leave this.

i have another purchase that was paid with an echeck through paypal, the payment cleared but the payment and the shipping info was never reecorded in vendio.
