They may no longer qualify as true relists, if the original is an older listing.
You can however submit it as a copy/new listing instead of a relist.
Click to schedule all of the effected items from your all pending list. Next, use the copy link beside each now scheduled item to place a duplicate into your pending area.
You can then bulk schedule/launch the copy items as new items Vs relists.
When finished, cancel the scheduled items and delete them from your pending view.
