Can you tell us why when our automatic WBN setting is on,we are still having to manually send our bills out ?
Whats more why isn't the post sale system picking up all of the paypal payments in the boxes ?

Hello,
Were you having any issues at your IPS recently? It sounds as though when you said you had errors just trying to send the WBN manually, may have been the same issue the system ran into when trying to send them automatically.
If your no longer getting errors when sending them manually, the system to send them automatically should be able to pick them up again on a going forward basis.
