Hi, I want to use gallery images for my ebay store only.
'My Account' preferences do not seem to separate out the regular image gallery from the store gallery.
Help!
You don't have to set a default gallery image in your preferences. When you actually create and list your storefront items just check the eBay gallery option at that time and select the gallery image when you attach the others.

Thanks for your response.
I must be feeling especially dense today, but I thought that even though I choose not to add a gallery image on my ebay auctions, that I can add an image to my auctions that do appear in my store.
That used to happen a year ago, or the last time I decided to open a store.
If when you say gallery, you just mean the thumbnail that appears beside that particular tracked listing in your storefront - this isnt related to the eBay gallery image option.
As long as you have submitted the item from Vendio to eBay directly and are using the Vendio image hosting system, a thumbnail image will automatically appear beside those items (with or without an eBay gallery photo attached.)

Hi, Christopher, I'm afraid my question still stands.
I want an ebay gallery image for 1 cent on my auctions that go into my store, but I do not want the regular ebay gallery image,and I cannot find how to do that through vendio.
I know that I was able to do this the last time I had a store.
Please help

If you are launching from Inventory, down at the bottom there is an ebay button. Click on it and it takes you to your options including length of auction (30/60/90/GTC) and whether you want a gallery image. If it is going to be an ebay store item, click on the gallery photo and then find the photo in the menu next to the button.
If you are launching from Sales Manager Pro ONLINE then the option is about halfway down the listing page.
If you enable the gallery photo it will show up whether the item is launched as ebay store or ebay so you have to do each one separate. The program is not smart enought to know gallery image ONLY if ebay store.
Now if you are using the other sales manager program, then someone who uses that should be able to help you.
