Hi, Sorry if this is a duplicate thread but since there is no way to search the discussions (which I believe has been requested for the seven years I have been involved with this system) and I have neither the time nor inclination to track it down. Vendio is really beginning to be a lot of work. My question is for those of you who use the reporting systems. The basic (free) reports are truly of little use. If I am understand their breakdown - the only way you can retrieve costs (eBay, Vendio and PayPal) is by getting the most expensive $14.95 report package. I remember when this information could be pulled from the archived reports + a few formulas and you had a solid report. For high volume sellers - that price may be worth the expenditure but for those of us not generating the high volume sales - we seem now to be really insignificant. Guess we were only important when they started. If anyone has any suggestions of retrieving this information through any other means - I would appreciate the direction - I feel that since we have already paid for the posting and a final bid fee - that this information has already been collected and should be ours. I apologize if I seem a bit negative but as a lower volume seller I feel like I am treading water with this program.
Sorry for the confusion, we actually haven't removed anyones ability to use the archive data for reporting/etc if needed.
If you need directions on how to download this data, if that is the method your used to using, please let us know.
While the new tools we built for reporting are available to gather these totals for you, it isn't taking the place of the archives - if that is what your used to using from the past.

I find the reports useless at the free level because I am unable to generate a true month from day 1 to day 30 (or 31). Use Ebay sales reports and then download the archived data into excel. A little tweaking and you have the reports.
