I didn't realize my UPS preferences were set for drop off. That's about 25% higher than the pick up rate. I have two existing listings that are returning much higher costs in the shipping calculator than is accurate because of this. How can I fix it?

Hi there,
Unfortunately the Vendio shipping preferences that you created with those ads are not able to be edited. I would recommend instead to place the correct shipping fees in the description area of your ad, and then editing the shipping fees in your post sale once the auction has ended. You also have the ability to terminate the auction and then relisting it with the correct shipping perameters.
