Is anyone else experiencing problems exporting Vendio addresses into FedEx? It seems as though the FedEx site has added a few more fields to the address book site and now when I export/import my addresses from Vendio, they are not formatting correctly. What am I doing wrong or is there a glitch somewhere in the system? It always worked for me before. Thanks for any comments or suggestions.
Have you been importing them recently and just ran into this error today, or has it been a little while since you last imported by chance?
We did hear from one other user last month, but were unable to confirm any errors in the csv file.
If you could let us know the details as far as which fields the program are looking for that are unavailable and even email us a copy of your import file that would help.
