Hello,

On each listing you create there is a box to check or uncheck that would enable the Vendio checkout.

To disable the checkout as a default for your listings, go to the My Account page and click on the Post Sale Management link found within.

Done that many times but the stupid vendio checkout still remains with a check in it. Just more agravation trying to get listings done. For stores I have GTC for my default and it keep showing up as 30 days. More aggravation. Tried switching to SMIE and it would not import my listings from SMME over 3 hours switched back. MORE AGGRAVATION!

Hello,

The Checkout is going to remain on your listings that are already live. There is no way to go back and disable the Vendio checkout on those items.

Upon switching from SMME to SMIE, you certainly could run into an import delay, but the listings will eventually show up.

Thanks,

Ed

Ed,

The checkout still shows up on closed listings not live. I switched over to IE because I am redoing my store listings and at over 1,000 MME takes forever. As my store listings close for the month I end them. When I go into relist the checkout is still checked. There is no way to turn it off. After 4 hours late at night it should not be that long to import and it said that the eBay import was done which I know it was because all of the images were in my emage folder under unfilled) but there was no inventory file on the import. There is a problem. I want to do the IE but I can not do it if I can't get my files imported.
I talked with Abe last night on the phone and we both agreed that IE was the way to go with what I was trying to do. He also told me that the import should be quick. I do not know if Abe is working today but I do want to get this done.

Hello,

For your relistings the button will have to be unchecked before relisting the item. Although for your new listings you should not have to do this.

I would like to take a look at your IE import issue, but we would need you to switch back to IE in order to do so.

Thank you,
Nathan

Nathan,

These are relistings that were never on Vendio before and I would think that it would be unchecked as the default. Email me and we can set up a time to do the switch to IE so then we can see what is going on. I am going to be listing tonight and I would not want to play with this when I have items in pending.

Bill
