We are still having problems with international customers picking domestic shipping charges instead of the international charge. Why would a domestic shipping option EVER show up after a customer has put in a country code different than the United States. Over half our international customers pick the domestic charge because it is cheaper. We then have to delay their shipment, email them, wait for a response, have them pay more shipping, and then process the order. It is has been and continues to be a very large headache for us.
You are still using the old system, where you list the items from SMPro without indicating international specific shipping carriers - rather simply listing the international options in the domestic section.
This means that all buyers will see all shipping carrier options in your listings.
To get the shipping section to filter the carrier options based on location, move your international shipping carriers into the international shipping carrier section instead when you create your auctions.
