My images on Vendio have always been in alphabetical order. All of a sudden they are appearing in no order at all with "g" before "c" and "1" before "2". I have tried to switch them back and just get nonsense. I would appreciate your help on this.

Hello JT,

I checked your account and it looks like your images are currently being sorted by their last viewed date.

Use the 'Filename' link next to the word 'Thumbnail' at the top of the list of images to re-sort the list by filename instead.

Click it twice to flip the list around if you suddenly start seeing all of your zebra pictures at the top. =)

Regards,
Christopher

My images are doing this today. The alphabetical is either backwards, or not at all. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Hello,

You should be able to reverse the alphabetical order by clicking on 'Filename' a second time. Please let me know if you have any trouble with this.

Nathan

Our images are fine throughout the auction. After the auction ends, not immediately but eventually, the images are scrambled.

You can check # 7750043706, 5669866078, 7750042322.

Not all the time. If someone pays late and we print up the first page from Ebay to see what to ship, we sometimes get these wrong images.

Any ideas?

Tom

Hello Tom,

Your using filenames for images that you have used in the past. In one of your examples, the image in your account shows being uploaded just on April the 14th, but the auction closed back in March.

Chances are you uploaded a new picture with that same filename and either had to delete the previous image first, or used the option on the upload page to replace it with the new one.

To avoid this in the future you would need to try and use only unique filenames for your images. Check your camera for options to name images based on the current date, or any other constantly-changing system.

Regards,
Christopher
