Time is money and one of the main reasons we are considering moving to Vendio is to save as much time as possible. Filtering each and every post is not only time-consuming, but also utterly ridiculous. I need to find the information, fix the problem, and move on…
All of the help and knowledgebase areas do provide a search function.
Most of the current issues for Sales Manager will be found on the first or second pages, so you can usuall do a simple search on the page to see any recent posts with your needed question.
Otherwise just post your question here anew and we'll be happy to respond asap.

I think what he/she is saying is that the forum software you are running is ancient. Why don't you update to some useable software like everyone else uses?
I agree, there are many times I would have found it a HUGE plus to be able to search for a previous post. Many times I want to direct someone to a post someone else or myself posted in the past because I don't feel like typing the 5 pages again. It can take quite a while to search for a post that is weeks or months old. Especially in the ebay forum. Updating the forum to include a search would be a big plus to me. JMO
