I had 3 Ebay store items sell and only 6048095265 was imported into my summary page. Missing is 6048095264 and 6048095259.

Hello Al,
I was able to import these items back into your account for you for processing. The interesting thing was that even the one you mentioned finding wasn't in the account currently.
According to the logs, all three were submitted from inventory directly and had been deleted from the Sales Manager.
Now that they are back in the account, you should be able to process them through post sale management. (as they do not behave as tracked items, so all of the original shipping/payment info is still there.)

Hello
It happened again. Item 6261383706 sold in my store but did not import into Sales Manager. Is there something I need to do to fix this?

Hello,
This one wasn't like the others before it, as it didnt' appear to be in the Sales Manager already when I went to import.
The original parent of this item does appear to have been deleted from the Sales Manager, but this item is now in your closed section ready to process.
I would simply trigger an 'import' based on your current eBay listings to grab any remaining missing items from your account, so when they close they can move into post sale on their own without having to manually 'track' it by item number.

Hello
I had 6 ebay store items sold and did not import. I do not know if there is a delay of some sort but I did an import to my summary account and 4 imported. 6055999337 and 6055999376 did not.

I didn't see anything in your inventory that has this exact same title.
When digging a bit further, it looks like you may have relisted on older item directly from the eBay website.
In the item description for this ad, the checkout details are connected to item number 120016765182.
If you are ending your storefront listings and relisting them as auction items from eBay, be sure to trigger an import on the Vendio side so you can track these items as well.
Use the 'import' link along the left hand side of the Sales Manager page.

It was the Ebay two day promo that help create the havoc. I did Vendio import to bring them all in and that worked but today
120021887288 auction sold and did not import. Do I have to import again?

I took a look and I see that this listing has now imported into your account. I was able to locate it in your Closed Listings.
