Hi, nice people. You can help me solve a mystery. I've signed onto Sellathon for two months and recently discovered that not all of my auctions are displaying the Sellathon codes I put into my 1st custom listing text box--which I hoped would show in all my listings. For example, right now, only 17 of my 29 items are showing in Sellathon, even though all have hits and some have bids.
I just noticed a statement on your page where the custom text boxes are, which says templates with an asterisk (not fully customizable) will not display the custom texts!
So I checked one of them (#7410026234), which has Vendio's orange tablecloth template. In my list of templates, this does not have an asterisk. However, this auction item does not have the Sellathon code in it so I can't track it through Sellathon. Can you help me untangle this???

Hello roadsmith,
I am not sure what would have caused this. Would you mind posting the item number for one of the items that does display the code, so that we can compare the two and see if we can find the differences?

Hi roadsmith - I don't see anything different between the two listings. The only thing I can think of is that the listing with the orange tablecloth template was created and saved before you added the Sellathon code to your custom listing text. Did you create these two listings at the same time?
PS. I copied both active listings down to your pending section, so you can delete the pending listings.

All the listings were created a couple of weeks after I'd added the Sellathon info to my custom listing text box! 'Tis a mystery, indeed.
