Hello,
I had an item in my eBay store. Last week I sent it to auction, it got bids and sold. Now when the seller wants to check out she can't. I have searched in my Post Sale lists and it is not there. Can I still "import" it into my sale summary?

Hi there,
I'm assuming that when you sent the listing to auction it was done on eBay. Note that if you launch or relist a listing on eBay, the new listing will not be attached to our system.
I have imported this listing for you using the "Track" function in Sales Manager - you can use this to import listings that were not launched through Vendio. Let us know if your buyer still has trouble checking out after about 30 minutes.
