Hello,
Is anyone else taking advantage of offering 2nd chances on products they may have multiples of? Do you like it? I personally love it as it is all on one page and you do not have to go from page to page on eBay.
The issue that I have is that not every listing I have is imported in to 2nd chance page. I understand that the fixed prices listings would not be in there but not all of my auctions are listed in the SCO page. Why is that? Even if I do not want to offer a 2nd chance it should still be automatically listed on that page. I guess I am voting to have all auction style listings to be imported to the SCO page and let the seller decide which SCO he or she wants to send out.
In a case like me where we have litterly 1000's of ink cartridges and we only list so many each day for auction and let them go. Then if the 2nd highest bidder is within our margins we would like to send him a SCO but it seems like only about 60% of all our listings are being imported to our SCO page. Does all this make sense? If not email me directly at [email protected] please. Thanks much!
That's correct. At this time, the Best Offer feature is only available for fixed-price listings. Please contact eBay directly to request support for auction style listings, as this is an eBay limitation.
Please see our Setup Guide for more information on setting up the Best Offer feature:
