Has not downloaded. I have refreshed the item ad nauseum.

Hello,

Today is 10 cent listing day at eBay as it turns out, and as a result we have been seeing some long processing delays from their API.

If you have already refreshed the item once, simply try again a bit later and it should close and become available for processing through post sale.
