On auction 6261383706 customer paid $16.95 and $8.95 for shipping. This was one that did not import till Christopher imported into my Summary account. When I checked my Pay Pal account it shows a total of $25.90 paid but Vendio invoice shows only the $16.95 paid. Thanks for your help again, Al
Since the 'paid' step was manually marked off, it only applied the 'known' amount owed - and since the buyer didnt go through the Vendio checkout, it doesnt know how much should have been due.
If you want the checkout to reflect the proper amounts as though they had gone through the checkout process, uncheck step #3 and then use the 'go to buyer checkout' link at the top of the checklist.
Once you complete the checkout process (and select the shipping carrier) you can mark the item as paid for the full amount due.
