I change my email address and auctions started prior to the change are sent to my old email address at pay pal. Pay pal said I had to contact you. This doesn't make any sense to me but here I am asking. Is there anything I need to do with my inventory items? I changed with you, ebay and pay pal on about the eight and two auctions paid on the 10th went to the old email address. Help

Please ensure that we here at Vendio have your correct account information: Please go to My Account->Personal Info. You may want to also verify that your PayPal information is correct: Go to My Account-> Global Preferences.

You also need to revise each auction on eBay that was launched before the change. Just changing it on your eBay account does not change the auctions that were live at the time of the change.

I did have a customer use a Vendio checkout but it still had najaa.net instead of shieldscollectibles.com .

Hello,

You do not appear to have updated your stored PayPal email address here in Vendio.

As Ed mentioned, you will need to go to the My Account page and click the 'Global Preferences' link found within.

Scroll down to where your payment options are listed and remove your old address next to the PayPal field. Enter your updated email address, then click the 'save' button at the bottom or top of the page to save the changes.

I misunderstood Ed when he said everything was OK with Vendio I assumed he meant changing my preferences on the other sites and I was confused. I changed the Global Preferences so I hope I will be fine. Thanks again for the help.
