Hi, seems like Vendio is going backwards guys.I just have tried to upload pictures with your new system. When uploading images you are now telling us we have to enter a new name in the image field. Whereas it used to appear automatically from the name we gave the item from our picture software. This is creating an extra step and more typing for us. You are supposed to make things easier not harder. Please revert to the old way. Thanks, Steve

Hello Steve,

Not sure what you mean by new system, are you referring to the XPress Image Publisher? I'll need some additional information, including the steps you took to better assist you.

Regards,

Ed

Hi Ed, all I know is that yesterday my whole Vendio site and also my ebay site was completely different. The "Upload Images" on the left toolbar could not be clicked on. It took me a while to figure out to go to the "Image Hosting" tab first and then the "Upload Images" tab showed up. When I used to upload before yesterday the name of my image (that I gave it in my Koday Picture Software)always showed up automatically in the image name box next to the URL upload image box.
Now per the instructions on the top of the page I have to type in that name. Otherwise the box stayed blank. As I said in my first post that is one more step than before. I hope that this info makes my post a bit more understandable. Thanks, Steve

Hey, is it just my computer or are any of you other sellers having new home pages show up in Vendio and MY EBAY. I for one hate the new ebay page. The writing is so small that even with glasses on I have difficulty reading the type. On vndi everything has changed on the home page including my problem on this post. Any feedback from other sellers would be appreciated. Odd that both Vendio and Ebay did it on the same day. Hmmmmmmmm!!!! Steve

Sounds like you need to reset the font size. Do you have a scroll wheel mouse? if so you may have accidently scrolled the wheel while holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard------THAT will cause the font size on a web page to either get larger or smaller depending on direction you scroll the mouse wheel. My brother is always doing that by accident and then wondering what happened to all his web pages. olling the wheel forward make it smaller and rolling it back towards palm make font size larger. You have to hold down the CTRL key to make this work.

Also at top of your browser window go to VIEW / TEXT SIZE/ and choose different size to enlarge your text on web pages. Sometimes you have to play with settings and the scrolling to see what you can do to get largest possible print you like.

AS far as uploading I went to see what you were talking about and mine is still same as always the name appears next to the browse button like always just to right of it after choosing the file to upload. Can't help ya there..

Hi again Irked, another question please. I just went back to MY EBAY page and the text was small again. Once you do the scroll trick is there anyway to lock it in so that it doesn't revert. Thanks, Steve

HUMmmmmmm not sure but you need to set the font size in either desktop properties by right clicking the desktop / properties/ on the Appearance tab and set the font size there click apply. You can also reset fonts from the browser window up top go to View/ Text Size and I have mine set to Large. When mine has doen that to me I reset all the places for font size. I don't know why it keeps going back but you should set the font size in both places and test it out reboot your machine and then see if they stayed size you chose. Go back to web and see if they stayed the size you set--if they are small again I don't know what is causing it. OH be sure to dump delete your temp internet files, and history befor you reboot so that a cached page isn't showing up in small print. Good luck.
