When I preview my WBN or payment reminder, my eBay seller ID displays even though my "Post Sale Message" settings have %%MyName%% there.
Am I missing a setting somewhere? How do I get my name to display wherever the %%MyName%% identifier is placed?
I believe the %%MyName%% identifier is linked to your eBay ID. If you want to use your proper name, instead of an identifier you could just type your name in the format you want instead.

Thanks for your reply. Could Vendio make it a little more clear that %%MyName%% is really the ebay user ID? Or maybe Vendio should change %%MyName%% to %%UserID%% instead.
Note also that you don't have to use the identifier options in the WBN's. If you know what you want to appear here and this isn't going to vary from listing to listing, just enter exactly what you want to appear Vs the %%Macro%% options.
