Vendio is completely erratic today. It launched a number of auctions at 6AM that should have been launched at 5:30 PM. Links are taking me all over the place. It is totally unworkable.

this what i get when it fail :
Synchronization failed - Bad response from server
There is a problem with images synchronization.
Please check the sync log, visible after clicking the Details button, to see which image file halted the sync process, then go to www.Vendio.com and check the status of the image.
If its upload failed (which might be due to excessive size, invalid format, or corrupted data), please remove the image from the SMPro Image Bar.

STILL Nothing is working.
I would suggest a quick reply to say something like :
Yes there is a general problem on Vendio at present.
Should be alright in x minutes so that users might give up listing for a certain amount of minutes and go off and do something else,so as to avoid wasting our time!

Hi all,

We believe the problem should be corrected now. Please try again, and let us know if you still experience problems (as always please try clearing your browser cache first. )

Thanks, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,

Diana

Well the problem isn't corrected, cause I just lost a listing that I had written.

When I clicked Launch nothing happened and eventually I got the white "No Page Displayed" screen.........I then had to back into the listing by hitting the back button several times.

My photos were missing and I had to re-do a couple of other things and when I hit Save, it eventually saved the listing in my pending file.................

It has been doing this for 2 weeks, intermittently............I never know if I'm going to have to completely re-write a listing or if I can spend 15 minutes (on a 2 minute job) and recover what I've already done.

It is getting disturbing, right on the coat tails of a fee increase announcement.

Hi, I still cannot preview or save my listings. When I hit any of the preview buttons or the save button at the bottom of the listing page the next page will not load and it times out. Also, the site in general is running very slow. I have cleared my cache and that did not help. Thanks.

Hello everyone - we are still working on correcting this issue. Please hang in there, as we expect to have this corrected shortly. We've posted an announcement and will update it once the problem is resolved. You might want to hold off on creating listings until we have cleared the issue, to reduce the risk of lost data.

Thanks, and again, I apologize for the inconvenience.

This is Dandy. I done what you suggested (clear cache/empty folders) and now I lost all my information. I wished you would have suggested it later because now I have to create the listing all over again.

The $5.00 a month glitch.

Can't launch listings. Can't send any notifications. Can't revise listings. Items market paid for that are not. Sold items not closing and going to post sale.

This one keeps getting better as the day goes on.

Scheduled launches are not even going out

Items that did launch this morning to eBay store, went to the wrong categories. The categories are listed right but the listing has some kind of error.

Try to revise and:

Undefined error: SYI.BIZ.804

eBay is kind of cynical about stuff like this aren't they. They will pat their selves on the back for their own glitches, but didn't they give another third party service the boot over a glitch that effected listings on eBay.

Thanks for the update. The EBAY EXPRESS problem of putting my auctions in default on (pick up only )has got me crazy now this. I can't even get in to change the pick up only's . No where do I see pick up only in listing items and somehow ( because I didn't check specifiy shipping - (pick up only )became a default) Great.

Hi everyone,

I think we've located and corrected the problem, as of about 1:15 PM. So please try again, but note that certain issues may take some time to clear (such as closed items remaining in active - in this case you should be able to check and refresh the items, which will trigger the items to go to closed. )

Please let us know if you continue to experience problems, and again, I do apologize for this inconvenience.

Best regards,

Diana
