I am in the process of revising my store items (adding to descriptions). I got the following error message on many of the items I tried to revise:
# Could not retrieve eBay identity What does that mean?

Have you made any changes to your eBay ID info lately (updated password, perhaps?) If so, you will need to update the information on our site as well, under My Account -> Auction Site Accounts (click the "edit" link next to the eBay ID.)
I'm not sure if this was perhaps also related to the technical problems we were having yesterday, so please let us know if you are still having trouble.

I did change my password at ebay but I thought with the third party cookie thing we didn't need to update Vendio anymore? I couldn't see a place to do it.
I did do the reviser today and it worked so that error probably was related to your tech problems because it was exactly at the same time.
Please let me know if I have to update my Password.
