The last couple of days, I have noticed that on some of my Closed Auctions, I am unable to copy via hitting the relist button. When I hit that button, on some auctions, a message comes up stating that you cannot relist or copy auctions that are not closed. The auctions I have tried this on are closed, and are in my Closed Auctions section in Vendio. The one I just tried if you can take a look is the Vintage Barbie Mustard Open-Toe Shoes, which closed earlier today, May 19th. I went into eBay and cut and pasted the language into the Pending auction I have since this feature did not work. This is a feature I use all the time, and which normally works fine. Could you please check on this and see why it is not working on some auctions? It is as if it does not see that they are closed, even though they are listed as closed. Thank you.
We are aware of the problem you are reporting, and it has been escalated to our engineering group. Occasionally a closed listing will return an error that the listing is not closed, when trying to relist. We are actively evaluating the issue and hope to have a resolution shortly.
In the meantime, to work around the problem, you can track the auction into your account. It will then show as closed and you can relist the auction. (I have done this with the example you provided, and you should now be able to relist this auction.) Please let me know if you have any trouble with this.

Nathan, It's still happening with me like this girl , this is crazy, I have had several do this in the past two months , been on auction watch / vendio for over 6 years and it is getting real frustrating. My auction closed 05/04 and I can't relist, I just tracked it and it says closing ( what happened to the automatic program) More fees and less. No. 7763961180 ebay. I got the excuse it's ebay fault but it's getting worst not better.
