When you made major changes to the offline software awhile back, you changed the format of how images are stored. I know they're there, but can't find them and I need to use them for something else. Please help!

You can find your offline images from here: C:\Program Files\Vendio\img_intern_storage

Actually, there is no such folder in that location. If there was I would have found them already. I've got the vendio folder but the only sub folder that starts with "i" is the old "images" folder that is no longer used.

Hello,

The folder is there, but it is a hidden file.
You may need to edit your 'folder options' in Explorer so you see hidden files.

Just go to 'Tools + folder options' and then the 'file types' tab.
